VyloHQ Studio operates locally on your machine. All screen recordings, video frames, and cursor telemetry data are processed entirely on your local device. We do not upload your recordings or personal workspace data to our servers.
When you activate a license key in the desktop application, the software generates an encrypted cryptographic hardware fingerprint (fingerprint binding) of your motherboard. This fingerprint is sent to our authentication server solely to manage device activations and prevent license sharing abuse.
We use the information we collect to manage your licenses, process payments, provide support, send updates, and enforce our terms. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
