We offer a fully unlocked 7-day free trial of the software with no credit card required. This allows you to completely test all video recording, auto-zooms, smoothing rendering, and output exporters prior to committing to a purchase.
You may cancel your monthly or annual Pro subscription at any time within your customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the software until the end of your paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be processed. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription months or years.
We stand behind our Lifetime Deal. If you experience technical defects, performance failures, or incompatibilities with your Windows/Linux systems that we cannot resolve, you are eligible to request a full refund within **14 days** of your initial purchase date.
To request a refund for a Lifetime Deal license, please contact us at support@vylohq.com with your transaction receipt, registered account email address, and brief details of the technical issue. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment gateway within 5-10 business days.
