Welcome to VyloHQ. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the VyloHQ Studio desktop application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VyloHQ Studio on compatible devices in accordance with the billing plan you choose (Free Trial, Pro Subscription, or Lifetime LTD). Standard Pro subscriptions are limited to 2 active devices, and Lifetime deals are limited to 3 active devices.
To utilize the software, you must register a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that the software will check motherboard hardware fingerprints to verify active device activation limits.
You may not: (a) decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the binary code of the desktop application; (b) share your license key or account credentials with third parties; or (c) bypass the licensing check mechanisms or cryptographic signatures.
Subscribed plans will automatically bill on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your customer portal, which will disable access to the software at the end of the active billing period.
VyloHQ Studio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall VyloHQ be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
